Summary
"The Melbourne Journal of International Law (MJIL) is an exciting and innovative international law publication with a particular focus on the Asia-Pacific. MJIL was first published in 2000 and is now published biannually. The Journal was developed to address the shortage of academic and practice-oriented material dealing with the relationship between the Asia-Pacific region and both private and public international law. MJIL aims to be relevant to practitioners, academics and students of international law. The Journal seeks to provide a forum for the discussion of international law through articles, case notes, practice notes, book reviews and commentaries. It aims to incite discussion, facilitate public debate and inform its readership of the latest trends in scholarship and research in international law." -- HeinOnline Website.
